Project Overview

Residential Development of 2-Villages (Village-01 and Village-02). BCC scope of works for Village-01 are 69-Residential Villas and a Man-made Lake. The 69-Villa comprises of 15- Typical Designs on Arabic and Spanish Design Concept. Village-01 is a closed or gated Community. While in Village-02, we have 40 Residential Villas completed until the Masonry Works only and Designed as Open or Non-Gated Community.
