The project is located in the city of Dammam on the Riyadh highway and consists of nearly 700 residential villas consisting of two floors, economic and unique design. The project owner is Ministry of Housing and development of Retal Holding Company. The project is executed in accordance with engineering supervision and a specialized project management company.
